β€’ After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the production or shipping process may have begun.

Replacement Policy


1. Eligibility for Replacement:
β€’ Replacement requests will be accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
β€’ The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Process for Replacement:
β€’ Email us at studio28s28@gmail.com with your order ID, a detailed description of the issue, photos of the product, and a video of unpacking the package showing the issue clearly.
β€’ Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup and send a replacement product.
3. Conditions for Replacement:
β€’ The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
β€’ No replacements will be provided for customized or made-to-order items.
